Time to start a fresh, looking into Discipline Areas and Roles within the gaming industry, my passion lies with Programming so I have chosen to do my research on this, it will be good to learn about the different areas within this field and what kind of responsibilities are required within each different programming role, and how they differ from one another.  As a side note (though not as importent) it will be quite cool to check out Salary differences for jobs within this field.  Possibly the most fun though, will come from learning from key people who are already out there in these roles and making a huge difference in the world of gaming.
